24 Hour Support and Service
As an SSAIB accredited company, we are obliged to respond to a fault with an intruder alarm system within a maximum of four hours. With an engineer on call 24/7, Green Security can, under normal circumstances, give support over the phone to rectify a problem. If necessary an engineer is always available to visit the property to resolve the fault, normally within one hour of receiving the call.
Police Monitoring
Green Security offers police monitored intruder alarm systems, designed and installed to the required specification. These are continuously monitored by our alarm receiving centre, who will then action a police response upon activation of the alarm system. Using the latest technology, Green Security can install communicators to send signals to the alarm receiving centre, using one or both signal paths via PSTN (telephone line) and via GPS/GPRS (mobile network).
